PROFIL PASIEN SPONDILITIS TUBERKULOSIS DI RSPAL DR. RAMELAN PERIODE JANUARI 2024-DESEMBER 2025

Latar Belakang: Latar Belakang: Spondilitistuberkulosis merupakan bentuk tuberkulosisekstraparu yang mengenai tulang belakang dan dapatmenyebabkan nyeri punggung kronik, destruksivertebra, deformitas spinal, hingga defisit neurologis. Gambaran profil pasien penting diketahui sebagai data dasar untuk memahami karakteristik klinis pasienspondilitis tuberkulosis yang dirawat inap.
Tujuan: Mengetahui profil pasien spondilitistuberkulosis yang dirawat inap di RSPAL dr. Ramelan periode Januari 2024–Desember 2025 berdasarkanusia, jenis kelamin, keluhan klinis utama, lokasi lesivertebra, defisit neurologis, tata laksana, dan outcome.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiandeskriptif retrospektif menggunakan data sekunderdari rekam medis pasien spondilitis tuberkulosis yang dirawat inap di RSPAL dr. Ramelan periode Januari 2024–Desember 2025. Sampel penelitian diambilmenggunakan teknik total sampling sesuai kriteriainklusi dan eksklusi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptifmenggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan persentase.
Hasil: Didapatkan 55 pasien yang memenuhi kriteriapenelitian. Kelompok usia terbanyak adalah 18–40 tahun sebanyak 26 pasien (47,3%). Pasien perempuanlebih banyak dibandingkan laki-laki, yaitu 34 pasien(61,8%). Keluhan klinis utama terbanyak adalah nyeripunggung sebanyak 36 pasien (65,5%). Lokasi lesivertebra terbanyak adalah regio torakal sebanyak 21 pasien (38,2%), diikuti regio lumbal sebanyak 20 pasien (36,4%). Defisit neurologis ditemukan pada 32 pasien (58,2%). Seluruh pasien mendapatkan tata laksana kombinasi obat antituberkulosis dan operasisebanyak 55 pasien (100%). Outcome terbanyakadalah membaik sebanyak 53 pasien (96,3%), sedangkan 2 pasien (3,7%) meninggal.
Kesimpulan: Profil pasien spondilitis tuberkulosisyang dirawat inap di RSPAL dr. Ramelan periodeJanuari 2024–Desember 2025 didominasi oleh kelompok usia produktif, jenis kelamin perempuan, keluhan utama nyeri punggung, lokasi lesi torakal, disertai defisit neurologis pada sebagian besar pasien, mendapatkan kombinasi obat antituberkulosis dan operasi, serta sebagian besar memiliki outcome membaik saat keluar dari rumah sakit.
